1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Pidikili, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use Pidikili
- You must be at least [16/18] years old and able to form a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate details and keep your mobile number and profile up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Community rules
- Post only truthful content. No spam, harassment, hate speech, or impersonation.
- Blood requests and donor details must be genuine — misuse of emergency features is strictly prohibited.
- Do not upload content you don't have the right to share, or anyone else's personal data without consent.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or the law.
4. Donations & scholarships
- Donations are made directly via UPI to the displayed UPI ID; we do not process or store card details.
- Contributions are voluntary and, unless stated otherwise, non-refundable.
- Scholarships and community support are subject to eligibility and review.
5. Account deactivation & deletion
You may deactivate your account at any time. A deactivated account is retained for 30 days, during which you can reactivate it by logging in with the same credentials. After 30 days it is permanently deleted, along with associated personal data, except where we must retain it for legal reasons.
6. Content ownership
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to display and distribute it within Pidikili so the app's community features can work.
7. Disclaimer
Pidikili connects community members; we do not guarantee the accuracy of user content or the availability of blood donors. Emergency and medical decisions are your responsibility — always contact professional medical services in an emergency.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on user-generated content.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.
