Our commitment
Scriptosoft Private Limited is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users of the Pidikili platform.
Pidikili has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or content that endangers children.
We strictly prohibit:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Human trafficking involving minors
- Sexual exploitation of children
- Any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages the abuse or exploitation of minors
- Any attempt to use the platform to harm, exploit, or endanger children
Any violation of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report content, profiles, comments, posts, messages, or other activity that violates these Child Safety Standards through the reporting features available in the Pidikili app or by contacting us directly.
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken based on the severity of the violation. Actions may include:
- Removing violating content
- Suspending or permanently terminating user accounts
- Restricting access to platform features
- Reporting illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law
Content moderation
Pidikili uses community reporting, moderation processes, and administrative review to identify and remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or Child Safety Standards.
We continuously work to improve our moderation processes to help protect users and maintain a safe community environment.
Cooperation with law enforcement
Where required by applicable law, Scriptosoft Private Limited will cooperate with authorized law enforcement agencies in investigations involving child safety, child exploitation, or other illegal activities.
We may preserve and disclose relevant information when legally required to support such investigations.
Account enforcement
Accounts involved in child exploitation or other prohibited activities may be subject to one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Removal of violating content
- Restriction of platform access
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law
